Planned and implemented a community of practice for grantees to facilitate their research and development of literacy-rich environments, resulting in publication.

Provided managerial oversight of panel planning, speaker preparation and organizational meetings for the Center's national symposium and conference honoring AmeriCorps.

Applied Research & Strategic Planning

Conducted environmental scan, designed and facilitated strategic planning process with Board of Directors; drafted a three-year strategic framework including key performance indicators.

Prepared and facilitated focus groups to assess parent-child engagement in precoding activities; wrote summary report capturing themes to support library program sustainability.

Learning Experiences & Content Development

Organized and prepared speakers, designed agendas, and wrote promotional materials for "GLR Learning Tuesdays." Webinars featuring expert thought leaders in the science, practice, and policy of early reading and school success.  

200+ participants each week.

Conceptualized, planned and facilitated semester-long experiential learning seminar focused on education policy for undergraduate students through the Eisenhower Institute at Gettysburg College, resulting in publication.

Project Management & Organizational Success

Managed national Education Policy Fellowship Program: coordinated activities for regional program leads, developed webinars for fellows, wrote content for newsletters, and organized the annual Washington Policy Seminar for 350 attendees.
